The phone completely died after the repair, and the agent/manager was aware it might have been caused by improper repair. We believe that Apple should take responsibility for its mistake and provide us with a satisfactory solution to the problem. We are disappointed that Apple hasn't attempted to resolve the problem and suggested we find a third-party repair service or send the phone to ***** for repair. We appeal to Apple to provide us with a valid solution, either by replacing the phone or repairing the damage caused by their improper repair. We brought a fully functional device to the store, and now we have a dead one. We find it unacceptable that Apple wouldn't take responsibility for the damage caused to our phone during their repair service. She refunded the screen repair fee, but she wouldn't provide any further assistance. The lady who assisted us then informed us that they couldn't provide any service because the phone was from *****. We brought it back to the same store on, where the technician tried to replace the screen again but still couldn't power it up. We tried various methods, including restarting the device and connecting it to a computer, but nothing worked. However, on, the phone suddenly powered off and wouldn't turn back on. I paid $351.21 for the repair service, and the technician ensured that the phone was fully functional before replacing the screen. Unfortunately, the screen recently cracked, and I brought it to the Apple store in ****** Mall, located at **** **** ****** ****** ****** ** *****, for repair on. I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max 256 GB from Apple ***** in September 2021 using an Apple credit card, which cost me $1520.45.
